Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about your order.

Shipping Confirmation Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delays While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or Missing Orders If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
